China youth, students federations conclude key meetings

The All-China Youth Federation (ACYF) and the All-China Students' Federation (ACSF) on Saturday concluded key meetings to review past work and plan for the future.

During the plenary session for the ACYF committee, the group approved a decision to review its charter and re-elected He Junke chairman, along with 222 standing committee members.

At the ACSF congress, held every five years, the federation approved a revision to its charter and a decision to promote socialist core values, with the student union of the Peking University elected the ACSF presiding group.

On Friday, President Xi Jinping sent a congratulation letter to the two federations, instructed youth organizations to better unite young people and firmly follow the Communist Party of China. Endi
