Mexico's coach Herrera says "we have everything against us as in Brazil"

Miguel Herrera, coach of Mexico's national soccer team, on Sunday said that just as in Brazil World Cup, in Copa America "we have everything against us."

Mexico is surely not a favorite to win against Chile. Herrera is clear about that, but he is an experienced coach that has fought many battles.

Chile and Mexico will face next Monday as part of Group A in Santiago's National Stadium.

"Everybody can be a victim but the most important thing is to play the game. We do not look down on anybody, we want to try and seek to win, though we are aware about their riskiness, but we can also make it. I hope we can get a forceful victory," said Herrera.

In his press conference, Herrera referred to the refereeing. He said that in the game against Bolivia, Mexico was damaged and he is aware this might happen again in the match against Chile.

"We have said it before arriving here, we will have everything against as in the World Cup. They (Chile) have their people, their fans, and had a very good first play. Refereeing might be difficult and it is possible we will suffer again. We have to be solid before any adversity," he said.

Despite the draw with Bolivia, Herrera said he still believes Mexico will finish among the four best teams and even "we want to win points on Monday to define the last game. We still aim to reach semifinals and even the final game." Endi
