Noel Sanvicente, coach of Venezuela's national soccer team, on Sunday said, after its victory against Colombia, that they will not stay in first round but instead they go for more in Copa America Chile 2015.

At the end of the game against Colombia, Sanvicente said "the key of the game was that we are a solidary team. We faced one of the favorites and this gave us confidence."

Sanvicente said the game against Colombia "was a tough one, Colombia has great players but today we knew how to control because we applied our knowledge and training work."

About Venezuela's next rivals, Sanvicente said "all the games are important, it is a tough group, but we should do a good job to qualify to the next round."

Despite the victory, the Venezuelan coach said some things have to be improved. "There are always things to improve. When players are motivated, they do a good job. We have to strengthen our definition work."

Sanvicente is confident that Venezuela will qualify to second round. "It is a victory for our country and we want to give more joy to our people. We came here to qualify, I am sure of that." Endi
