Young faces at the annual NPC session

Gui Qianjin, born in October 1987, is a deputy to the 12th National People's Congress (NPC). Gui is a Party chief in a village of the She ethnic group in Jiangxi Province. In her opinion, the most important part of progress is helping local people lead a better life. Her proposals cover cultural protection of ethnic groups, elderly care services in rural areas and rural fire control.
