Xinhua, November 27, 2015 Adjust font size:

Two men arrested in terror raid in Berlin on Thursday are under investigation on suspicion of preparing a serious act of subversive crime, German Tagesspiegel newspaper reported, citing a police spokesman.

The men, aged 28 and 46 respectively, were suspected of planning an attack in German city Dortmund, and the attack plans have been detected by German authorities, the report said.

So far, no weapons or other dangerous objects were recovered when German police raided a mosque in Berlin's inner city on Thursday afternoon.

In another operation in southeastern part of the city, a Syrian and a Tunisian were arrested.

The special forces searched those sites due to a hazard suspicion, according to the police. Endit
