Malta to organize car wash day to raise funds for Syrian refugees

A national car wash day is to be organized Saturday by several Maltese local councils, parishes and non-governmental organizations to raise funds for SOS Malta to help Syrian refugees coming in Europe.

The charity event is expected to be held in towns and villages such as Attard, St Julian's, Mosta and Naxxar. A 5-euro (5.6 U.S. dollars) donation per car will be charged.

Donations can also be made via bank transfer or online payment, as well as text messages. Endit
