Uganda's SC Villa set for two international games in Tanzania

Uganda's Premier League side SC Villa on Wednesday morning traveled to Dar es Salaam, Tanzania ahead of two International friendly games.
Club Chief Executive Officer Ivan Kakembo told Xinhua that the team has traveled by road ahead of the first game on August 8 against Tanzania Premier League side Simba SC and the second game on August 10th against Coastal Union FC.
SC Villa are Uganda's most successful having lifted the Uganda League trophy a record 16 times and the Uganda Cup nine times. They finished second in the 2014/2015 Azam Uganda Premier League before winning the Uganda Cup. They will Uganda in the 2016 CAF Confederations Cup.
Club president Ben Immanuel Misagga said these international matches will help the new Spanish coach Antonio Flores to build the team better ahead of the start of the 2015/2016 Azam Uganda Premier League slated to start on August 22.
Assistant coach Ibrahim Kirya said they have not traveled with there key players Isaac Muleme, Kassim Abdul Kasule and Ashadu Bugembe who are out injured. In June 2015 SC Villa played against Tanzania League Champions Young Africans and drew 0-0 in another international friendly.
Uganda striker Hamis Kiiza who joined Simba SC last month will have the chance to feature against SC Villa in a game slated to take place at the National Stadium in Dar es Salaam.
