Urgent: Gold down slightly ahead of Fed minutes

Gold futures on the COMEX division of the New York Mercantile Exchange fell slightly Monday as traders awaited for the release of the Fed minutes.

The most active gold contract for June delivery fell 4.2 U.S. dollars, or 0.34 percent, to settle at 1,219.30 dollars per ounce. Endit
