Belarusian president expresses condolences to Turkey over latest terrorist attack

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has expressed condolences to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan over the latest terrorist attack in Ankara.

The Belarusian leader also expressed condolences to the people of Turkey, families and friends of the victims of the terrorist attack in the capital of Turkey, the press service of Belarusian President said on Monday.

"It is with deep pain and sorrow that Belarus has learned the news about the month's second heinous terrorist attack in the capital of Turkey which killed and injured many people," the message said.

Belarusian Foreign Ministry said that as of 12:00 Monday there were no Belarusians on the list of dead and wounded in the terrorist attack.

The Ministry noted that the Belarusian embassy in Turkey is following the situation closely. Endit
