LME base metals close lower on Wednesday

The base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) closed lower on Wednesday.

The three-month unofficial copper price dropped 25 U.S. dollars, or 0.54 percent, to 4,612.5 dollars per tonne.

The three-month unofficial aluminium price lost 3 dollars, or 0.20 percent, to 1,469 dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial lead price lost 36 dollars, or 2.09 percent, to 1,683 dollars a tonne.

Besides, the three-month unofficial zinc price lost 26 dollars, or 1.66 percent, to 1,538 dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial nickel price lost 17.5 dollars, or 0.20 percent, to 8,545 dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial tin price lost 437.5 U.S. dollars, or 3.09 percent, to 13,737.5 dollars a tonne. Endit
