Dollar changing hands in lower 123 yen range in early trade

The U.S. dollar changed hands in the lower 123 yen zone in early trading on Wednesday in Tokyo.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 123.09-10 yen compared with 123.10-20 yen in New York and 123.35-37 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Tuesday.

The euro meanwhile fetched 1.0736-0737 dollars and 132.15-22 yen against 1.0719-0729 dollars and 132.06-16 yen in New York and 1.0758-0760 dollars and 132.70-74 yen in Tokyo in later trade on Tuesday afternoon. Enditem
