LME base metals fall on Friday

Base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) fell on Friday.

The three-month unofficial copper price dropped 131.5 U.S. dollars, or 2.50 percent, to 5,121 U.S. dollars per tonne.

In other metals, the three-month unofficial aluminium price lost 21.5 U.S. dollars, or 1.31 percent, falling to 1,615.5 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial lead price lost 43 U.S. dollars, or 2.49 percent, falling to 1,687 U.S. dollars a tonne.

Meanwhile, the three-month unofficial zinc price lost 46.5 U.S. dollars, or 2.54 percent, to 1,783.5 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial nickel price lost 207.5 U.S. dollars, or 2.08 percent, to 9,780 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial tin price lost 250 U.S. dollars, or 1.63 percent, to 15,075 U.S. dollars a tonne. Endit
