Iran's Tasisat Daryaei won the AFC Futsal Club Championship title by beating Kuwait's Qadsia 5-4, Iran's media reported on Saturday.

In the match held in Iran's Isfahan city on Friday evening, Asghar Hassanzadeh scored two goals and Ghodrat Bahadori, Reza Sangsefidi and Vahid Shamsaee each scored one goal for the host.

Hamad Hayat, Abdulrahman Alwadi and Abdulrahman Altawail also were on target for Qadsia.

"The trophy has now come to Iran and we're so happy about this right now because it has been a very tough job," Vahid Shamsaee, the Iranian side's coach-player said. "We need to take motivation from this and we should stay in this good position," he added.

Tasisat had defeated Qadsia 9-2 in the tournament's group stage.
