Sarajevo Film Festival to open

The annual Sarajevo Film Festival (SFF) will open later this month, to be participated by film stars and directors from some 20 countries, organizers said on Tuesday.

Mirsad Purivatra, director of SFF, said at a press conference that preparation work has been going on smoothly.

This year's SFF, the 21st of its edition, will run from Aug. 14 to Aug. 22. Organizers also announced details of its programs.

Movie lovers will have the opportunities to watch a large number of films, and thousands of tourists will visit Sarajevo during the festival.

The SFF, founded in 1995 during the Bosnian War, has become the largest event of its kind in the Balkans. Enditem
