Urgent: ECB chief says to raise emergency funding to Greece by 900 mln euros

The governing council of the European Central Bank (ECB) has agreed to increase emergency funding for Greek banks by 900 million euros (about 981 million U.S. dollars), the bank's chief Mario Draghi said on Thursday.

Draghi said the bank's governing council had increased the emergency liquidity assistance by 900 million euros for one week. Endit
