Federer beats Groth to reach Wembledon last 16

Seven-time champion Roger Federer beat Sam Groth of Australia in four sets to reach the fourth round at Wimbledon here on Saturday.

The 33-year-old dropped the fourth set but managed to retake control of the match, winning 6-4, 6-4, 6-7 (5-7), 6-2 in two hours and 16 minutes.

Federer will next face Spanish 20th seed Roberto Bautista Agut on Monday.
