SEOUL -- A group of U.S. experts on infectious diseases are visiting South Korea, which is suffering from the outbreak of the Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS), to technically cooperate with South Korean experts in containing the spread, the health ministry said Monday.
The group was composed of seven experts on contagious diseases and epidemiological study of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), according to the Ministry of Health and Welfare.(S. Korea-MERS)

SRINAGAR -- Two militants were killed and two Indian military troopers wounded Monday in a fierce gunfight in Indian-controlled Kashmir, officials said.
