Dollar changes hands at mid-119 yen level in early Tokyo deals

The U.S. dollar changed hands at the mid-119 yen level early Friday in Tokyo.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 119.49-51 yen compared with 119.33-43 yen in New York and 118.89-92 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Thursday.

The euro fetched 1.1211-1212 dollars and 133.97-99 yen against 1.1218-1228 dollars and 133.93-134.03 yen in New York and 1.1220- 1221 dollars and 133.41-45 yen in Tokyo late Thursday afternoon. Endi
