U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry met with the Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif for a third day in the Swiss lakeside resort town of Montreux for further nuclear talks before heading to Saudi Arabia on Wednesday.

ROME -- At least 10 people were killed as one of the boats carrying illegal migrants capsized off Sicily, Italy, the Italian Coast Guard said on Wednesday.
Some 500 migrants who were rescued were taken by the Italian Coast Guard to the Sicilian port of Augusta, and another 200 were being taken aboard a tanker to another Sicilian port. (Migrant-Italy-Accident)

KIEV -- At least 32 people were killed in an explosion early Wednesday at the Zasyadlo mine in eastern Ukraine, the speaker of the Ukrainian parliament said.

KATHMANDU -- A Turkish Airlines Flight TK 726 skidded off the runway while landing at the Nepal's Tribhuwan International Airport on Wednesday morning at 8 a.m. local time, airport officials told Xinhua.
