Zambia's governing party candidate leads presidential poll

Zambia's governing party candidate Edgar Lungu has maintained a narrow lead in the country's presidential election, the electoral body said Friday.

Patriotic Front candidate Lungu polled 701,089 votes against his main rival Hakainde Hichilema of the opposition United Party for National Development who has polled 674,185 votes or 46.85 percent in 121 constituencies out of the 150 constituencies. Endi
