Namibia president-elect to announce vice, PM

Namibia's President-elect Prime Minister Hage Geingob said Monday he will announce his vice president, the prime minister and deputy prime minister next month.

In a statement issued by his office, Geingob said he will also announce the Presidential Council on February 2.

Geingob will be inaugurated on March 21 following a resounding election victory last year in November.

He becomes Namibia's third Swapo Party president after Sam Nujoma and Hifikepunye Pohamba. Endi
