Li Tianyi, whose parents are household names in China, was sentenced to 10 years imprisonment on Nov. 17. The 17-year-old Li gang raped a woman in a hotel with four others after getting drunk in a bar on Feb 20, according to Beijing Haidian District People's Court. The case has been under the national spotlight throughtout the year because his father Li Shuangjiang and his mother Meng Ge are both well-known PLA singers. [file photo] |
