Introduction of the Project:

The Guangcai Program has united private entrepreneurs in the undertaking of eliminating poverty and achieving prosperity. After ten years' continuous efforts, millions of people have get rid of poverty and embarked on the road to prosperity.

Based on the concepts of volunteerism and mutual benefits and reciprocity, the Guangcai Program is a new model of poverty alleviation which is focused on development ,serving as a new force in the poverty reduction undertaking.

The Guangcai Program is an investment practice and enterprises' behavior with a purpose to achieve prosperity and eliminate poverty. It is also a passionate and lofty behavior, adoring the concepts of combining generosity and profits and laying equal stress on morality and actions, showing the traditional Chinese virtues.

The Guangcai Program has been committed to supporting the government's key work, including poverty alleviation campaign, the Western Development, reemployment project for laid-off workers, the reform of state-owned enterprises(SOE) and the rejuvenation of North East China. It is the fruit of the reform and opening up as well as a booster of the prosperity of the country and the people.
