Ebola is an acute viral disease with extremely high death rates, killing between 50 percent and 90 percent of patients. Symptoms mainly include fever, sore throat, muscle pain and headaches. What's worse is that there is no specific treatment for the disease. The ongoing 2014 West Africa Ebola outbreak is the worst outbreak yet, with more than 1,750 suspected cases identified so far.
