Spanish stock market rises 0.77 pct

The Spanish stock market index Ibex-35 rose 0.77 percent on Friday to close at 9,412.80 points, up from the 9,340.80 points of Thursday.

Share values were up 2.65 percent in the week as a whole with the Spanish risk premium closing at 110 points from the 121 points of Monday and Spain's ten-year bond interest rate closing at 1.43 percent from the 1.62 percent of Monday.

On Friday session, Repsol shares led rises climbing 3.99 percent, followed by Acciona, Merlin, Melia, IAG and Telefonica that rose 2.73 percent, 2.72 percent, 2 percent, 1.84 percent and 1.54 percent respectively.

On the other hand, Bankia shares led falls losing 2.43 percent, followed by Ferrovial, Indra A, Mapfre, Grifols and Cellnex that lost 0.98 percent, 0.63 percent, 0.62 percent, 0.52 percent and 0.49 percent respectively. Endit
