Spanish stock market rises 0.04 pct

The Spanish stock market index Ibex-35 rose 0.04 percent on Friday to close at 9,201.30 points, up from the 9,197.20 points of Thursday.

Shares values were up 1.1 percent in the week as a whole with the Spanish risk premium closing at 105 points on Friday, falling from the 111 points of Monday, and Spain's ten-year bond interest rate closing at 1.23 percent as opposed to the 1.09 percent of Monday.

On Friday session, IAG shares led rises climbing 5.83 percent, followed by ACS, Merlin, Endesa, Ferrovial and Telefonica that rose 3.45 percent, 2.28 percent, 1.10 percent, 1.03 percent and 0.87 percent respectively.

On the other hand, Banco Popular shares led falls losing 8.42 percent, followed by Viscofan, Banco Sabadell, Acerinox, Inditex and Cellnex that lost 7 percent, 3.78 percent, 1.14 percent, 0.96 percent and 0.87 percent respectively. Endit
