Vietnam's HCM City spots one more Zika patient

Vietnam's Ho Chi Minh City has just detected a new case of Zika, increasing the total to five in the city and to eight in the country, the municipal Health Department said on Wednesday.

The latest case is a 32-year-old man from District 5. The four previous patients, all women, including a pregnant one, are from districts 2, 9 and 12.

On Tuesday, Ho Chi Minh City announced an outbreak of Zika at ward level.

Vietnam has so far spotted eight Zika patients. The other three are in southern Binh Duong province, central Khanh Hoa province and central Phu Yen province respectively. Endit
