CPC official urges harmonious, stable religious work

A Communist Party of China (CPC) official has called for continued harmonious and stable work in religious affairs.

Sun Chunlan, a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and head of the CPC Central Committee United Front Work Department, made the remarks during an inspection tour in the southwestern province of Sichuan from Sunday to Tuesday.

Sun asked non-Communist parties and religious officials to implement the CPC Central Committee's policies on united front work and support the multi-party cooperation system under the CPC leadership.

Sun visited local community, enterprises and university and learned about the technical innovation of enterprises during her stay in Sichuan. Endi
