3 soldiers killed in attack on Burkina Faso army camp

Three soldiers were killed and one injured as unidentified gunmen on Wednesday attacked an army camp in Burkina Faso, official source said.

Two of the attackers were also killed, according to preliminary assessment disclosed by the Chief of Staff of Burkina Faso armed forces in a release.

The army camp is located in the municipality of Intangom, Saharan province of Oudalan near the border with Mali.

In May this year, unknown gunmen attacked a police station in the same area, killing three officers. Enditem
