U.S. oil price rises on OPEC-deal expectation

U.S. oil price ended higher on Tuesday as investors raised expectation for a market support deal from the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries next week.

The West Texas Intermediate for October delivery added 14 U.S. cents to settle at 43.44 U.S. dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange, while Brent crude for November delivery lost 7 cents to close at 45.88 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange. Endite
