Xue wins table tennis class 3 gold in Rio

Xue Juan secured China's fifth table tennis gold medal of the Rio Paralympics with a straight sets victory over compatriot Li Qian in the final of the women's singles class 3 on Monday.

Xue, 26, took the match 12-10, 11-7, 11-9 in 20 minutes at Riocentro.

In the Bronze medal duel, Sweden's Anna-Carin Ahlquist beat South Korea's Jiyu Yoon 3-0 (12-10, 11-7, 11-7) in 21 minutes. Endit
