Xinhua, September 6, 2016 Adjust font size:

The number of foreign capital companies registered at the Albanian National Business Center increased by 10 percent during the first eight months of 2016, the center showed in its official statistics published on Monday.

The simplification of business registration procedures is showing positive results, given the increase in the number of both Albanian and foreign companies.

Confirming the positive trend, National Business Center head Vasilika Vjero said in an interview for local media Monday about 1,700 new businesses are registered every month in Albania.

Based on official statistics provided by the center, there are currently over 190,000 active businesses all over Albania. Endit
