Oil prices decline on rising U.S. crude stockpile

Oil prices fell on Wednesday as government data showed the U.S. crude stockpile rose more than expected last week.

The West Texas Intermediate for October delivery lost 1.72 U.S. dollars to settle at 44.70 U.S. dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange, while Brent crude for October delivery decreased 1.34 dollars to close at 47.04 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange. Endit
