Xi demands solid efforts to advance planned reforms

Chinese President Xi Jinping on Tuesday demanded solid efforts to advance planned reforms in accordance with established timetable and roadmap.

China should put more focus on the role of economic system reforms and strengthen the supporting role of the fundamentals and improving working mechanism to advance the reforms, according to a statement released after a meeting of the Central Leading Group for Deepening Overall Reform chaired by Xi.
