The following are highlights of South African major news outlets on Tuesday.
-- The government will maintain policy continuity and remains committed to fast-tracking economic reform aimed at lifting economic growth, the Treasury's director-general, Lungisa Fuzile, says.

-- A group of 36 illegal Malawian migrants appeared in a South African court on Monday, after it was suspected that they were going to be sold for cheap labour, the special anti-crime unit Hawks said on Monday.
