Dollar changes hands in lower 102 yen range in early Tokyo trade

The dollar changed hands in the lower 102 yen range in early deals in Tokyo on Tuesday, marginally lower than levels seen overnight in New York.

As markets opened, the dollar was quoted at 102.29-33 yen compared with 102.40-50 yen in New York and 102.28-30 yen at 5 p.m. on Monday in Tokyo.

The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.1085-1086 dollars and 113.39-40 yen against 1.1083-1093 dollars and 113.52-62 yen in New York and 1.1088-1089 dollars and 113.41-45 yen in late Monday afternoon trade. Endit
