British FTSE 100 decreases 3.15 pct on Friday

FTSE 100 Index, British benchmark stock market gauge, Friday decreased by 3.15 percent, or 199.41 points, to 6,138.69 points.

Share price of Randgold Resources increased by 14.18 percent, topped the gainers of the blue chips. Fresnillo, ARM Holdings, Compass Group and GlaxoSmithKline increased by 11.86 percent, 5.99 percent, 3.93 percent and 3.71 percent, repectively.

Taylor Wimpey led the top losers of the blue chips with a share price drop of 29.26 percent, following by Persimmon (27.55 percent), Barratt Developments (23.84 percent), International Consolidated Airlines Group (22.54 percent) and Berkeley Group Holdings (21.07 percent). Enditem
