Chinese VP meets Kenyan foreign minister

Chinese Vice President Li Yuanchao met with Kenya's cabinet secretary for foreign affairs and international trade Amina Mohamed on Wednesday.

Li hailed the robust development of bilateral relations and the fruitful mutually beneficial cooperation between China and Kenya, calling on both sides to enhance industrial cooperation.

Li said he hoped to see the early implementation of major joint projects and further development of the bilateral relationship.

Mohamed said the Kenya-China partnership is a model for South-South cooperation and Kenya upholds the one-China policy and backs cooperation with China. Endi
