The following are highlights of leading Nigerian media outlets on Wednesday.

-- The leadership of the Nigeria Labor Congress on Tuesday walked out of the meeting held with the representatives of the Federal Government, vowing to go ahead with its scheduled nationwide strike on Wednesday.

The representatives of the Trade Union Congress, who also attended the meeting, however, said the TUC would not join in the strike. (The Punch)
