Spanish stock market rises 0.15 pct

The Spanish stock market index Ibex-35 rose 0.15 percent on Friday to close at 8,702.10 points, up from the 8,689.40 points of Thursday.

Share values were down 3.58 percent in the week as a whole, with Spain's risk premium going from the 131.60 points of Monday to the 145.70 points of Friday and Spain's 10-year bond interest rate closing at 1.58 percent, showing no big differences when compared with Monday.

On Friday session Bankia shares led rises climbing 2.10 percent, followed by Gamesa, Indra A, BBVA, Banco Popular and Caixabank that rose 1.53 percent, 1.44 percent, 1.39 percent, 1.29 percent and 1.21 percent respectively.

On the other hand, Merlin shares led falls losing 1.43 percent followed by Sacyr, ArcelorMittal, IAG, ACS and Grifols that lost 1.36 percent, 1.33 percent, 1.28 percent, 0.97 percent and 0.95 percent respectively. Endit
