LME base metals increase on Wednesday

The base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) closed higher on Wednesday.

The three-month unofficial copper price increased 98 U.S. dollars, or 2.07 percent, to 4,835 U.S. dollars per tonne.

The three-month unofficial aluminium price increased 36 U.S. dollars, or 2.35 percent, to 1,567 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial lead price increased 27 U.S. dollars, or 1.58 percent, to 1,738 U.S. dollars a tonne.

Besides, the three-month unofficial zinc price increased 67 U.S. dollars, or 3.68 percent, to 1,889 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial nickel price increased 237.5 U.S. dollars, or 2.71 percent, to 8,987.5 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial tin price increased 250 U.S. dollars, or 1.48 percent, to 17,125 U.S. dollars a tonne. Endit
