Armenia supports peaceful settlement of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict: President

Xinhua, April 5, 2016 Adjust font size:

The situation in Karabakh conflict zone is under control of the Armenian-Karabakh armed forces, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan said at a meeting with the ambassadors of OSCE member countries.

The president said despite of successful defensive actions of the Armenian side, the Azerbaijani army still carry out provocative actions.

Speaking of Armenia's compromises over Karabakh settlement, Sargsyan said that the country occasionally declared logical compromises aimed at exclusively peaceful settlement of the conflict.

"However, talking about concessions will be after the settlement of the Karabakh conflict," said the president. Enditem
