Morocco strongly condemns terrorist attacks in Brussels

Morocco on Tuesday strongly condemned the terrorist attacks in Brussels that killed at least 34 people and injured more than 200.

During a phone call with King Philippe of Belgium, Moroccan King Mohammed VI expressed Morocco's full solidarity with Belgium, the king office said in a statement.

The Moroccan king expressed Morocco's condolences to the Belgian government and people, wishing those injured a speedy recovery, the statement added.

Deadly explosions hit Brussels' Zaventem Airport and a metro station on Tuesday morning. The Islamic State has claimed responsibility. Endit
