British FTSE 100 increases 0.02 pct on Monday

FTSE 100 Index, the British benchmark stock market gauge, Monday increased by 0.02 percent, or 1.08 points, to 6,097.09 points.

Share price of Anglo American increased by 6.58 percent, topped the gainers of the blue chips.

Burberry Group, Glencore, Intu Properties and Pearson increased by 4.02 percent, 3.90 percent, 3.78 percent and 2.75 percent respectively.

London Stock Exchange Group led the top losers of the blue chips with a share price drop of 4.93 percent, followed by Shire (2.80 percent), Capita (2.52 percent), Tesco (2.39 percent) and AstraZeneca (2.32 percent). Endit
