British FTSE 100 decreases 0.36 pct on Friday

The FTSE 100 Index, Britain's benchmark stock market gauge, decreased by 0.36 percent, or 21.72 points, to 5,950.23 points on Friday.

The share price of Fresnillo increased by 3.59 percent, topping the gainers of the blue chips. Coca-Cola HBC, Randgold Resources, Centrica and Provident Financial increased by 2.84 percent, 2.50 percent, 1.98 percent and 1.45 percent respectively.

Worldpay Group led the top losers of the blue chips with a share price drop of 2.96 percent, followed by Rolls-Royce Holdings (2.87 percent), Sports Direct International (2.42 percent), Royal Bank of Scotland Group (2.34 percent) and Tesco (1.85 percent). Endit
