Japanese PM says DPRK plan to launch rocket a serious provocation

TOKYO, Feb. 3 (Xinhua) - Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said on Wednesday the plan of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea to launch a rocket isa serious provocation.
