Dollar trades in upper 119 yen range in early deals in Tokyo

The U.S. dollar changed hands in the upper 119 yen zone range in Tokyo on Wednesday, marginally lower from levels seen in New York overnight.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 119.88-89 yen compared with 119.90-120.00 yen in New York and 120.63-64 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Tuesday.

The euro, meanwhile, was trading at 1.0920-0921 dollars and 130.91-92 yen against 1.0916-0926 dollars and 130.87-97 yen in New York and 1.0902-0904 dollars and 131.51-55 yen in late trade in the afternoon on Tuesday. Enditem
