Urgent: U.S. dollar falls ahead of Fed meeting

The U.S. dollar declined against most major currencies on Monday as investors were awaiting the Federal Reserve's policy meeting scheduled later this week.

In late New York trading, the euro climbed to 1.0837 dollars from 1.0792 dollars in the previous session, while the dollar bought 118.49 Japanese yen, lower than 118.83 yen of the previous session. Endit
