Jandac appointed as new Czech national hockey team coach

Czech executive committee of the Ice Hockey Association (CSLH) appointed on Thursday Josef Jandac the new national hockey team coach from next season.

Jandac, coach of the Extraleague club of Sparta Praha and assistant of the national team, will replace Vladimir Vujtek Sr..

His goal is the World Cup in Canada in September.

CSLH head Tomas Kral said Jandac will work exclusively with the national team, and he will sign a two-year contract with the CSLH. Endit
