Urgent: Gold up slightly after jobless report

Gold futures on the COMEX division of the New York Mercantile Exchange rose slightly on Thursday after a worse than expected jobless report.

The most active gold contract for March delivery rose 0.4 U.S. dollars, or 0.04 percent, to settle at 1,060.20 dollars per ounce. Endit
